Allexis is an operational leader committed to equity, integrity, and creating spaces where you can be your whole self.

With over a decade of cross-functional experience in non-profit operations, finance, and human resources, Allexis brings strategic thinking, operational excellence, and trusted advisory skills to executive leadership here at Soze. An accomplished and intuitive leader, she has a proven track record managing complex 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organizational structures, multimillion-dollar budgets, and high-impact initiatives. Prior to Soze, Allexis has sharpened her consulting, financial oversight, and DEI-centered program management skills at Gilded Knight Consulting, KMPG, City Fund, and City Teaching Alliance, with a strong emphasis on team development, succession planning, and organizational transformation.

Outside of work, Allexis enjoys cooking up new recipes for her loved ones, crafting, and taking long family walks with her partner Derek and dog Mocha anywhere near water in the DMV. She has been a proud member of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc. since Fall 2014.
